Dear paxton.
As of this year you will now have been gone for longer than you were with us. Me and your Mom miss you now more than ever, and we hope you can do all the amazing things you were never able to accomplish here on earth. We planted your placenta under an olive tree in Baba and Dido's yard and got tattoos as a tribute to your time here. You left on Nanna D's birthday, so we try to celebrate as best we can but I think this year seems harder than others. Mom has made a lot of great friends through the NTSAD conferences and she's been keeping track of your chair. We've finally sent our favorite of your shirts off to make a quilt and started using your dresser (Mom did this, I don't deserve any credit). You didn't spend much time in your room, but we haven't changed it much. Your Cancer Bats poster is still there and your Iginla cards from Grandpa and the shelf is still full of your stuffed animals. Mom only recently started using it as a workout room but most of your stuff is still there. Von Ticklebaum and Robert Redford are hanging out on the couch in the living room with me right now, and I have decidied to put out the tracks I made right after you left. I tried to make them in a way you would like, I know how you responded to melodies and stuff like that, as we did listen to a lot of music together. You were happy on the nights we made hiphop beats together as long as I would describe what was happening and made sure you knew I was near. At the time, those nights seemed routine and boring and they didn't always seem like happy times, but I miss those times and I would do anything for one more boring night with you. You were so strong and we miss you so much. We love you Manzer, and we're so proud of you.
